Ann is the Senior Operations Lead supporting both SAGE Private Wealth Group and SAGE Tax Advisory. Her career spans more than two decades in financial services, with an emphasis on helping organizations, teams, and people navigate change. Ann is a registered Project Management Professional (PMP) and earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Alabama.
Ann’s experience includes work for large, national wirehouses, boutique wealth management firms, and as a consultant that helped domestic and multi-national organizations navigate and adopt change. Working across different environments has given Ann broad perspective on how firms operate, how teams respond to change, and what it takes to turn new ideas into practical solutions.
Ann brings that know-how to SAGE, where she helps the firm strengthen its capacity to support both its people and its clients. She believes that technology and process should serve people, not the other way around. Her goal is to find solutions that enable people to do their best work while remaining focused on what matters most.

Fun Facts
- Ann has a passion for teaching and mentoring. She became a private flute instructor as a teenager, has since served as a leader with the Boy Scouts of America and supports STEM education through youth robotics organizations. She enjoys fostering curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking while encouraging young people to become adaptable problem-solvers who take ownership of their decisions and growth.
- Ann, with her husband Brian and son Graeme enjoy outdoor adventures. Together they have kayaked in the Caribbean, hiked in the Rockies, and spelunked in the caves of Kentucky.
- When she wants to relax, Ann enjoys cooking, reading and spending Saturdays in the fall supporting her favorite football team – Roll Tide!
