As an Investment Manager at SAGE Private Wealth Group, Paul is responsible for the design, implementation and continuous evaluation of investment portfolios for trust, agency and retirement accounts. His primary focus is gathering greater insight into client investment goals while utilizing SAGE's best practices to determine the optimal investment program to be tailored to each client’s stated objective. As a member of SAGE's Investment Committee, Paul works closely with other SAGE investment professionals to help develop efficient investment processes and procedures.
Equipped with a deep understanding of risk associated with investing in capital markets, Paul's advice surrounding asset allocation and specific investment strategies has given his clients confidence when investing for current and future goals.
Prior to joining SAGE, Paul began his career at Northern Trust in 2005, last serving as a Portfolio Manager advising high net worth clients. During this time, he earned a Masters in Business Administration with a dual concentration in finance and financial analysis from DePaul's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, having previously gained his undergraduate degree at Purdue University. Paul also holds his Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
Paul strongly believes in the power of volunteerism, dedicating a portion of his personal time to charity. He serves as an associate board member for the Brain Research Foundation, where his primary function is to promote and support advancements in brain disorder research.
