Client Advisor

Client Advisors oversee and deepen relationships with clients by providing fiduciary fee-based investment management, comprehensive financial planning and dedicated service excellence to help families pursue their financial and life goals. As a Client Advisor with SAGE, you will work in a collaborative team environment as well as one-on-one with clients, and prospective clients, to develop tailored financial plans. You will work closely with the Investment Committee and the Financial Planning department to meet client objectives while delivering service excellence.

Succession Advisors

Many of today's veteran advisors began their career as independent operators while others grew up in the large national firms with whom they severed ties to 'go it alone.' These entrepreneurs were the trail blazers of the 'independent' and 'breakaway' movements, and many are now faced with a number of important decisions as they consider how and when to retire.

At SAGE, we help advisors and their teams design, plan and implement a successful and personalized succession experience. On the business end, we go to great lengths to provide our succession partners with an understanding of how our process can preserve and enhance the value of their practice while providing a smooth transition into the next phase of their life.

We have learned that the efficient papering and transfer of an advisory practice, while critical and labor-intensive, is only one of several challenges that must be addressed. The succession process is also an emotional journey both for advisors and their clients. The emotional and psychological elements cannot be overlooked and must be managed with significant thought and consideration well in advance of the actual move.

Succession is not a transaction, it is a process that involves developing trust and mutual respect. Our aim is to demonstrate to our succession partners that they and their clients will be well cared for and treated in an ethical and fair manner before, during and after the transition is complete. More than anything, we believe that alignment on values, principles and culture are the most important elements of a respectful and trusted partnership.

Wealth Advisor / Client Service Advisor

Wealth Advisors and Client Service Advisors oversee and deepen client relationships. They provide comprehensive financial planning and advice to help individuals and families pursue their financial goals. SAGE advisors work in a collaborative team environment as well as one-on­one with clients to develop tailored financial plans comprised of personalized investment products and services.

Advisors evaluate clients' financial needs, current holdings and available investment capital to help them identify their investment objectives. Wealth Advisors will also evaluate risk tolerance levels and goals in order to determine the appropriate portfolio allocations. Our advisors have the full backing and support of a dedicated Financial Planning team as well as an Investment Committee focused on manager evaluation, selection and portfolio construction.

Private Client Associate

Private Client Associates play an important role at SAGE. They act as the 'glue' that keeps the whole operation running efficiently and on-time. Often the first point of client contact, they develop deep and meaningful relationships with clients and are often the go-between for the client and our team of Wealth Advisors.

Private Client Associates must be skilled at multitasking and at prioritizing their own work and the work of others. Our Private Client Associates are responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative, clerical and client support services to our Wealth Advisors and the management team. Private Client Associates work independently within a team structure while also collaborating with others across the organization.
